How I work

While you're talking, I'm paying attention to what's happening underneath the words, noticing where you hesitate, what keeps repeating, what shifts in your body. I'll gently bring you back to those moments and we'll stay there together.

That's where we work.

Sessions often feel like natural conversation, but underneath, I'm listening for patterns, connecting threads, and helping you notice what may be difficult to see from the inside.

We use your real experiences as the entry point. A session might look like noticing tension in your body, recognizing a familiar pattern, questioning an old belief, or trying something different and seeing what happens.

I trust that you already know more than you think you do. My role is to help you hear it more clearly.

Sessions with me are warm, real, and grounded. We might laugh, cry, sit quietly, or slow all the way down. Sometimes things feel clear and relieving. Sometimes uncomfortable or uncertain.

Whatever shows up, we work with it together.

I will meet you where you are every time, and we will follow what feels real and true for you.

What we do

We track your patterns.

We pay attention to what keeps repeating in your relationships, your reactions, and the way you move through your life. As those patterns become clearer, you begin to notice them while they're happening instead of getting pulled through them automatically.

We come back to your body.

Sometimes your body responds before you fully understand why, in a tightening, a shift in your breath, a feeling you can't explain yet. We slow down and pay attention to those responses.

We reframe what you've been telling yourself.

We get curious about the beliefs underneath your experience, where they came from, how they've shaped the way you see yourself, and whether they still feel true.

We run small experiments.

We try new ways of responding, communicating, resting, speaking up, setting boundaries. This is how things start to shift in real life, not just as ideas, but as lived experience.
