About

What's happening
underneath the surface?

My work has always been centered around one question: what's actually happening underneath?

I've carried that curiosity my whole life. I was curious about people, systems, communities, the world around us. I was curious about what moves us, what motivates us, about the gap between how we show up and what's really going on inside. It's what drew me to anthropology, to farming, to working with communities across very different corners of the world.

For a long time, that curiosity was pointed almost entirely outward. Learning to bring it back to myself changed everything. I know what it's like to move through life by doing, solving problems, adapting, holding things together while something underneath goes unheard. I know what it's like to outrun yourself for a while, and to eventually realize that the patterns you keep meeting in new places are asking for something different. What I learned is that leaning into the discomfort is the way through it. That curiosity, turned inward, is one of the most powerful things a person can bring to their own life.

That's what I bring into every session. A genuine interest in you, in what's alive, what's stuck, what's ready to move. Not a plan for who you should be, but a real presence alongside you as you figure out what's true. This work is some of the most meaningful I've ever done. I love it. And I'd love to do it with you.
